Moustalevria - Halkidiki recipe (Grape Must Pudding)

In Halkidiki there are many green vineyards, thus grapes and wine are 2 of traditional local products. We are going to present you with a Greek recipe of Moustalevria, as made in Halkidiki area, with grape must as the main ingredient.
Ingredients
1 kg of grape must (you can buy it or make your own)
3 cups of semolina
1 glass of crushed walnuts
Preparation
Day 1: Bring grape must to a boil and skim of foam as it rises to the top. Boil for another minute, remove it from fire and allow it to settle overnight.
Day 2: Carefully transfer grape must to a clean pot, without transferring the sediment. Bring to boil and skim of foam as it rises to the top. Add semolina, a little at a time, at medium temperature and stir with a wooden spoon to blend thoroughly. Remove from fire and put it in a bowl. Serve when it 's cold, with crushed walnuts on top.
